No-Bake Protein Brownies

These protein brownies are the ideal guilt-free treat for everyone who enjoys chocolate. They are made with healthy ingredients and are loaded with protein. You will love these protein-packed no-bake brownies. They are delicious, simple to make, and packed with fibre and healthy fats. Plus, you don’t even need to turn on the oven!

Makes 8
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 2 handfuls of mixed dried fruit, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
- 4 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 4 scoops of chocolate protein powder
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients except the protein powder in a food processor.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- Add protein powder and blend again until the mixture is well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 8 equal-sized squares.
- Refrigerate the brownies for at least 1 hour, or until they are firm.
