Craving something sweet, refreshing, and muscle-fueling? These collagen protein kiwi popsicles are low-carb, keto-friendly, and packed with skin-boosting and muscle-repairing nutrients.
Makes 4
Ingredients:
- 2 kiwis (cut in halves, vertically)
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

Instructions:
- Peel and cut kiwis in half. Insert popsicle sticks.
- Mix cacao, melted coconut oil, and collagen into a smooth dip.
- Coat each kiwi half and place on parchment paper.
