Just thought I’d message to say that after my consultation with you around 18 months ago I have since lost 3.5 stone and my testosterone levels are now healthy. Before it was double what it should be. I’ve completely overhauled my whole diet, walk about 15k steps a day which has stopped all my PCOS symptoms.
Truly life changing! I had major digestive issues, problems with out of control sweet cravings and an insatiable appetite. Since following Milena’s advice and plans I have lost weight and have noticeably thinner ankles as they were spongy and puffy before! More importantly to me is that my sweet cravings have practically gone and I am never hungry.
