Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- peanut butter
- 100 g organic dark chocolate min. 80% cocoa, melted
- desiccated coconut
Method:
- Put about 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter between 2 banana slices.
- Using a cocktail stick dip it in melted chocolate and coat in desiccated coconut.
- Refrigerate for 30 min. to set.
